Je m'intéresse à la statistique génétique en général, et en particulier aux aspects de cartographie génétique, c'est-à-dire les modèles et méthodes permettant de localiser la position d'un gène influençant une maladie. Ma recherche principale porte sur le développement d'une méthode de cartographie fine en modélisant l'histoire de la population par le graphe de recombinaison ancestral, extension du processus de coalescence qui tient compte de la recombinaison. Ces généalogies sont construites par des méthodes Monte Carlo, bien que nous essayons d'autres méthodes aussi.

I am interested in genetic statistics in general, and in particular in aspects of genetic mapping, i.e. models and methods to locate the position of a gene influencing a disease. My main research focuses on the development of a fine mapping method by modeling the population history by the ancestral recombination graph, an extension of the coalescent process that takes recombination into account. These genealogies are constructed by Monte Carlo methods, although we are trying other methods as well.
